Dr. Zadeh is a board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who holds both a medical degree and a dental degree. He received his B.S. from the University of Maryland (graduating Magna Cum Laude), his D.M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, and his M.D. from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. His residency training included service at the University of Maryland Medical Center, the R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center, the Walter Reed Army Medical Center, and Sinai Hospital, among other institutions. During his distinguished academic career, Dr. Zadeh earned numerous academic honors, including membership in the Matthew Cryer Honor Society, the highest scholastic honor at the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Zadeh performs a full range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures with a special interest in dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, dentoalveolar surgery, bone grafting, sinus augmentation, treatment for dentofacial deformities, and 3D-guided technology. He maintains active hospital privileges and takes oral and maxillofacial surgery calls at INOVA Fairfax Hospital.
Dr. Zadeh is a Diplomate of the Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is also an active member of the American Medical Association, American Dental Association, Virginia Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Academy of Osseointegration, and International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. Zadeh has been voted a Top Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon by the prestigious Washingtonian Magazine, Northern Virginia Magazine, and Virginia Living Magazine for several years.
Dr. Zadeh lives in Great Falls, VA with his wife and three wonderful boys. When he’s not fixing smiles, he enjoys watching his local sports teams, fishing, traveling, and participating in social and cultural activities with friends and family.
