New Patient Information

Well first off I have a fear of Dentistry. But the staff at Northern Virginia oral maxillofacial surgery put that completely at ease. This was the first and only time that I had dental work done without any fear or any pain. The front end staff is top notch..(Wendy & Gloria)..every question from procedures to payment was handled extremely well….I cant thank everyone enough..

I visited the Woodbridge office to have my wisdom teeth extracted. The experience was wonderful. The staff and Dr. Zadeh were professional and kind and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

Despite all my nerves, my experience was really great! The staff was very helpful and patient with me and they were easy to talk to. I had minimal pain and discomfort during and after my wisdom teeth extraction. I healed surprisingly fast after the procedure, too! I would absolutely recommend to a friend or to someone who is looking for an oral surgeon!

Dr. Zadeh is not only a very qualified oral surgeon, he is a very warm and easy to communicate with kind of person. I had a lower canine that had been root-canaled some time ago and ended up having a painful infection. I had a wonderful experience. Before the surgery I was very nervous but the surgeon and dental hygienist made me feel a little more comfortable for the procedure.

Unfortunately we had to be seen for an emergency situation. Dr. Haron was very thorough with informing us of what was to be expected. He was spot on with what happened and what he told us to expect. His calm, gentle demeanor was quite settling for us.

I am very glad that I was recommended to this OMFS dental office for my wisdom teeth extractions. I had made the decision early that morning that I would opt out of sedation, so I was very nervous going in. Had not had a tooth pulled in about 50 years so really could not remember what to expect. Things went pretty smoothly I’m pleased to report. Was sorry to hear that BC/BS stopped covering tooth extractions in 2015! Glad to have the infected tooth out of my mouth…appreciate being taken by your practice on short notice.
