Our oral surgery office is conveniently located in the Crestwood Professional Center North building, which is across the street from Westgate Plaza. I had a very good experience here! I had two impacted wisdom teeth on my bottom jaw and had it removed with nitrous and numbing shots. My surgeon was extremely receptive to whenever I said I needed to be more numb and was very patient with me not liking the sound of the drill or feeling discomfort from the pressure while my teeth were being removed. He encouraged me that I was doing a great job and it helped me be able to breathe more and relax. They were also very helpful with walking me through payment and because of my insurance I only paid about $240 roughly. They also told me that if I had a pano xray of my mouth done within a year from my appointment, they wouldn’t charge me for a new xray, and they held up that end of the bargain. I would definitely recommend getting your wisdom teeth removed here and am so thankful for this team for making this experience as pleasant as it can be, haha!

My daughter needed to have two of her baby teeth pulled because one of them didn’t come in straight and caused damage to another tooth. She’s 9, and this was her first dental surgery. Dr. Sergio and the staff were super amazing at keeping her calm and getting through the appointment with ease. They talked us through each step of the process and the discharge paperwork was straight forward and easy to process. They also had a treasure Chest for her to grab a toy from at the end along with a dental goodie bag. I will say that the longest part of the appointment wasn’t the procedure itself, but filling out paperwork. But I will say I’m glad because it shows that they take great pride in taking care of their patients. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a dentist/oral surgeon for your kid or yourself too! And most importantly, we didn’t have to wait long and they were extremely efficient at getting customers in and out. They were greeting patients with smiles and making sure everyone was comfortable and even though the waiting room is on the smaller side, it’s bright and welcoming. And because patients were moving in and out of appointments at a consistent pace, there were never more than 3 people waiting in the waiting room at a time so it never felt crowded. I highly recommend them and will definitely go to them for any more dental work my daughter’s regular dentist recommends.
