We welcome all patients to our practice. If you have been referred by another dentist, be sure to discuss your concerns with him or her. Once your dentist has made the referral, you may call us to schedule your consultation appointment. Please click on the links above to learn more about your visit, including some downloadable forms you can print and read ahead of time to minimize your waiting time during your visit.

What to Expect During Your Visit

Prior to coming in for your visit, we ask that you look over the downloadable forms, and follow the instructions on each of the forms that applies to you. New patients and existing patients who haven’t been in our office in over a year can preregister online.

Doing so will help answer some of your questions, and will also reduce the amount of waiting time during your visit. In addition, if study models and other records are available from your orthodontist, you should bring them with you to the consultation. If unavailable, appropriate records can be made in our office.

We have made sure that our facilities themselves provide a superior level of comfort, privacy and convenience. In addition to our treatment rooms, our spacious, well-equipped office includes a dedicated recovery area and private locations where patients and families can meet with staff to discuss insurance and financial matters. To ensure maximum accuracy, thoroughness and efficiency, and to minimize the amount of paperwork and waiting for our patients, we use advanced technology for communicating and collaborating with referring dentists and in all of our operations.
